What to Expect

Generally the first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll explore what's bringing you to therapy and what you're hoping for. There is no pressure to share everything immediately. Therapy moves at a pace that feels manageable for you. Therapy is a collaborative process, and together we'll decide how best to support your journey.

If you're unsure where to begin, that's perfectly okay too.
